Bonsai Beverage Co. is a small batch coffee roaster, probiotic brewery and health food lounge producing Kombucha, Coffee, Craft Sodas, Water Kefir and other health oriented drinks. Bonsai Beverage Co. will strive to produce a better and more flavorful product. Because we primarily are doing small batches, consistency is not necessarily our goal when it comes to taste. Our only goal is to produce the best product possible that moves with the world.
